About the job Contract Manager
As the Contract Manager, he shall coordinate with COMPANYs Contract Coordinator and/or COMPANY site representative to achieve and optimize all activities related to the Maintenance and Inspection Services including the planned shutdown period. He shall prepare and provide information and ensures that activities are executed within the operational and safety regulations. He shall also act as the CONTRACTORs local Human Resources Manager for manpower planning & recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit administration, and employee relations for local staff. Contract Manager shall promote and raise SSHE awareness and provision of SSHE related trainings as required by the Laws and COMPANY, among CONTRACTORs staffs working at onshore and offshore, and SSHE drills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with COMPANYs Contract Coordinator and/or COMPANY site representative
with regards to all activities and conditions as specified under the contract, - Plan and coordinate activities with all concerned parties to ensure an accomplished and smooth-running of activities under the defined scope of work and specified timeframe,
- Responsible for ensuring the availability of adequate spare parts and materials to provide continuity to the operation,
- Continuously follow up the materials requisitions in progress, revise stock levels of materials,
to communicate and coordinate all material-related matters with the Procurement, Materials and Logistics department, - Be the CONTRACTORs focal point in managing site office and administration,
- Perform recruitment & pre-selection activities including vacancy announcement,
sourcing, applications management & filing, assessments & selection to submit to COMPANY for joint endorsement, and employment administration, - Promote and maintain good relationships with staffs and COMPANYs personnel
- Prepare a comprehensive and well analyzed performance report of the CONTRACT for revision with the COMPANYs Contract Coordinator and/or COMPANY site representative on a quarterly and annually basis,
- Maintain training records and provide an organized and structured SSHE Individual Development Plan system for CONTRACTORs personnel. This also includes conducting various safety and firefighting training programs for CONTRACTORs field personnel,
- Coordinate under Offshore/Onshore SSHE Supervisors instructions, all firefighting, fire prevention, evacuation and other emergency procedures to ensure safety of personnel and equipment, and protection of the environment,
- Review hot and cold permits (including complementary permits), check conformity with COMPANYs SSHE regulations and approved as safety controller as required. Supervise the level of safety during work carried out and ensure adherence of SSHE rules defined in work permits by auditing those permits on a regular basis,
- Promote the reporting of accidents/incidents and near misses. Assist Head of Maintenance & Inspection & Contract Manager in accident investigation, incidents and near misses and follow up reporting. This includes investigating breaches of SSHE rules, providing warnings and/or informing Head of Maintenance & Inspection & Contract Manager of major or repeated infringements for CONTRACTORs personnel actions,
- Implement COMPANYs procedures related to safety, security, health, and environmental protection.
- Assist Head of Maintenance & Inspection & Contract Manager to monitor SSHE Plan and
Progress on a regular basis and alert concerned parties for the key up and coming activities
to ensure that all activities in SSHE Plan are carried out without delay, - Promote SSHE awareness & culture and COMPANYs SSHE Policy and Standards thru promotion, campaign, and training to staff at all levels,

- Ensure of smooth and efficient maintenance operations throughout the contract lifecycle,
- Ensure that activities are strictly carried out according to COMPANYs SSHE Standards & Regulations and Laws requirements,
- Ensure good cooperation and strong relationships with staffs, COMPANYs personnel and various external parties to contribute to the positive image of the CONTRACT as a whole,
- Ensure of customer/stakeholders satisfaction and achieving best SSHE record,
- Ensure of adequate monitoring and control of CONTRACT committed
expenses and that of SUBCONTRACTORS and Suppliers costs, - Ensure that activities are strictly carried out according to COMPANYs SSHE Standards & Regulations and Laws requirements,
- Ensure that CONTRACTORs assigned SSHE KPIs are within targets,
- Ensure of the formalization and centralization of all CONTRACT documentation, reports
and maintain an efficient filing system,
