REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and operations within the oil and gas industry, particularly in mechanical or rotating equipment.
  • Have at least 10 years' experience in vibration and lube oil analysis in oil and gas industries.
  • Deep knowledge in gas turbine and centrifugal compressor.
  • Minimum ISO Category II (or equivalent) certification in vibration analysis is mandatory.
  • Minimum ICML or STLE (or equivalent) Certification in machinery lubrication and oil analysis is mandatory
  • Fluent in English language and Strong Software Experience (Excel, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong Communication and Team Collaboration with offshore team
  • Culturally aware with proven work record in multi-national Oil & Gas workforce.


DESIRED QUALIFICATION (BENEFICIAL)

  • Experience of utilizing Emerson/ CSI AMS/ CCMS software and associated data collectors.
  • Experience of developing condition monitoring system and procedure, especially for vibration and lube oil analysis.
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment such as centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, gear boxes and motors.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Predictive program and condition monitoring coordination for rotating equipment such as centrifugal compressors, gas turbines and gearboxes.
  • Review and monitor (in a daily) rotating equipment condition including vibration data, lube oil results and utilize other critical operating process data such as pressures, temperatures, flows, loads & efficiencies to determine equipment health.
  • Vibration & Oil Analysis Database Management
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support to field technicians to resolve vibration and lube oil issue.
  • Perform any other duties related to this function to ensure the reliability of rotating equipment
