Scop of work
- Inspect: Regularly check EPRS tools and equipment for wear, corrosion, damage, or malfunction, ensuring proper storage conditions are maintained.
- Maintain: Perform routine maintenance to optimize performance and extend lifespan, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Repair: Diagnose and fix issues with EPRS tools, coordinating with SIM engineer for service orders if needed.
- Ensure Safety: Guarantee compliance with safety standards, implementing procedures like JSA and PTW during maintenance.
- Prevent Issues: Develop preventive maintenance schedules to address potential problems and minimize downtime, including inspections and calibration.
- Document: Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections, tracking equipment history.
- Collaborate: Coordinate with SIM engineer and others to support EPRS operations and integrate equipment into emergency response plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry advancements and regulations, seeking opportunities for process enhancement.
Professional Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or equivalent in mechanical, civil, or industrial fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in tool inspection and maintenance, preferably related to pipeline operations in onshore or offshore Oil & Gas.
- Proficient understanding of various tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with preliminary maintenance tasks such as welding, painting, and preservation for future use.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment specifications, certification procedures, and proper handling methods.
- Awareness of safety regulations and protocols.
- Strong communication skills in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
