As a Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor, you will direct a team in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, buildings, and utility systems. Key Accountabilities
- Develop preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with other plant functions to ensure seamless support.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed for employee well-being.
- Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on established plans.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
- Lead, develop, and make talent management decisions for your team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, welding, mechanical).
- Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of supervisory experience managing technical engineering teams.
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional or similar certification.
- Training in predictive maintenance technologies.
- Knowledge of the proactive maintenance model.
- Experience in production, maintenance, or project management.
- Leadership experience or driving results through teams.
- Lean Six Sigma yellow or green belt certification.
- Experience with SAP.
