Senior NetSuite Consultant

Position Summary:

As a Senior Consultant - Partner Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client and partner engagements. You will provide expert guidance, strategic insights, and hands-on support to help streamline finance and accounting processes. In this role, you will enable partners to effectively sell and implement our SaaS ERP solutions, ensuring their clients business challenges and compliance requirements are met. As part of this, you will also develop partner delivery materials and resources to support successful partner-led implementations. Your contributions will be critical in helping partners and clients achieve operational excellence and financial intelligence.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Support partners with their client engagements and provide strategic consulting to optimize finance and accounting processes through various channels (calls, emails, and support tickets)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Conduct partner workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to client and partner teams.
• Develop materials and resources that enhance partner delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current on product updates and new features, and ensure partners are properly enabled on them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

• CPA and/or strong technical accounting skills.
• Proven experience in consulting and client management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP systems and related technologies preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet partner requirements.
