NetSuite Developer (CLIENT FACING ROLE)

Job Responsibilities

We're looking for a talented NetSuite Implementation Consultant to bridge the gap between our integration platform and client ERP systems. This client-facing role combines technical expertise with consultative skills to guide implementations, customize solutions, and ensure successful integrations with NetSuite. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored configurations, and provide ongoing support. If you have deep NetSuite knowledge and enjoy solving complex integration challenges while building strong client relationships, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NetSuite implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and go-live.

  • Design and execute integrations between external systems using SuperSync.

  • Develop and customize SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0) for automation, workflows, and data manipulation.

  • Provide technical consulting to clients, including system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting.

  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower clients for self-sufficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal development teams to enhance integration capabilities and resolve escalations.

  • Provide support and changes for existing clients to implement new features as well as resolve issues with existing integrations.

  • Stay abreast of NetSuite updates, certifications, and best practices to recommend optimizations


Hard Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementations, integrations, or consulting.

  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite architecture, modules (e.g., Financials, Order to Cash, Inventory, etc), and customization tools.

  • Proven experience integrating external systems with NetSuite using SuiteTalk, APIs, or middleware.

  • Hands-on expertise in SuiteScript development for custom business logic and automation

  • Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes in an ERP context


Soft Skills:

  • Strong client-facing skills, including excellent communication,

    presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Notes:

  • Primary: Implementation and Integration

Nice to Have

  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or Integration Specialist).

  • Familiarity with other ecommerce systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) for multi-system integrations.

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and web development basics.
