About the job NetSuite Administrator

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance functions related to the NetSuite system. The NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in the analysis, solution development, testing and documentation of the overall solution to support daily business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, project management, change request and support tasks for all NetSuite application and the ecosystems.
  • Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
  • Refine and customize internal billing tools and methods.
  • Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.
  • Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes.
  • Research and analyze application behaviors and improve performance and stability.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
  • Coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups.
  • Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications.
  • Work with IT and other business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into infrastructure if needed.
  • Work alongside the IT group to implement process improvements with systematic solutions.
  • Be able to understand articulate and document needed customization, reports, and capabilities.
  • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.

Essential Skills, Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
  • Preferably with NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • 3+yearsof hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration.
  • Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
  • Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
    Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
  • Can demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
