About the job NetSuite Administrator
The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance functions related to the NetSuite system. The NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in the analysis, solution development, testing and documentation of the overall solution to support daily business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, project management, change request and support tasks for all NetSuite application and the ecosystems.
- Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
- Refine and customize internal billing tools and methods.
- Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.
- Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes.
- Research and analyze application behaviors and improve performance and stability.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
- Coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups.
- Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications.
- Work with IT and other business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into infrastructure if needed.
- Work alongside the IT group to implement process improvements with systematic solutions.
- Be able to understand articulate and document needed customization, reports, and capabilities.
- Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
Essential Skills, Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- Preferably with NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- 3+yearsof hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration.
- Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
- Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
