Roles and Responsibilities:

1. CRM Automation and Optimization (HubSpot):

  • Design and implement workflows and automation in HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot by ensuring lead and contact records are updated, deduplicated, and segmented correctly.
  • Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Train the Biz Dev team on using HubSpot features effectively.

2. Email Deliverability and Outreach Management:

  • Monitor and improve email deliverability rates by optimizing email lists, using best practices for sender reputation, and analyzing email performance metrics.
  • Implement tools or platforms to enhance outreach personalization and response rates.
  • Work with marketing to craft email templates and sequences for various campaigns.

3. Lead and Prospect List Building:

  • Research and compile targeted lead lists based on predefined criteria (industry, job role, geography, etc.).
  • Enrich prospect data with additional insights such as LinkedIn profiles, company size, and key decision-makers.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop criteria for lead scoring and qualification.

4. LinkedIn InMail and Social Selling Support:

  • Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns for the Biz Dev team, including prospect targeting, template creation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Track and report on LinkedIn outreach metrics, such as response rates and meeting conversions.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to social selling strategies.

5. Content Management (White Papers and Case Studies):

  • Coordinate with internal teams to compile and format white papers, case studies, and other sales collateral.
  • Ensure content is easily accessible and integrated into sales outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing to update and repurpose content based on prospect feedback and market trends.

6. Driving Inbound Traffic:

  • Work with the marketing team to optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs for lead capture.
  • Analyze inbound traffic and conversion metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate on paid and organic campaigns to attract high-quality inbound leads.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Provide actionable insights to the Biz Dev team based on sales performance and market trends.
  • Regularly review key sales metrics, such as lead response time, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI.
  • Support strategic decision-making by preparing ad hoc reports and analyses.

8. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:

  • Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative and operational support during key events, such as conferences or webinars.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub) and familiarity with sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and deliverability best practices.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail campaigns.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
