Were looking to bring on a Bookkeeping & Fulfillment Manager through your team to support and oversee our current group of bookkeepers.This role will be critical in ensuring that our bookkeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently. Below is a summary of the responsibilities:Role: Bookkeeping & Fulfillment ManagerPrimary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor workload and ensure our bookkeepers are staying on track and hitting deadlines
  • Assist with and resolve bottlenecks that may be slowing the team down
  • Answer bookkeeping and accounting-related questions from team members
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets our internal standards
  • Communicate with our admin team to ensure they are providing all bank statements and activity needed by the bookkeepers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the bookkeeping team and our COO for status updates, workload visibility, and escalations
  • Handle some of the higher-level bookkeeping tasks directly (especially when advanced skills or cleanup work is needed)

This person should be a strong communicator, confident in their technical bookkeeping ability, and experienced in team management or coordination.
