By connecting existing fulfillment and logistics providers, we enable a wide range of fulfillment and delivery options, including eco-friendly delivery. Our platform, Atticus.ai, empowers SME sellers to compete with large retailers and marketplaces by offering fast, reliable, and scalable logistics solutions.

Your Impact:
- Spearhead the evolution of our operational customer success function.
- Handle daily customer interactions and performance metrics with expertise and professionalism.
- Act on customer feedback proactively, contributing to an exceptional customer journey.
- Enhance Atticus daily operations to ensure a seamless experience for sellers.
Must-Have Requirements:
- A solid foundation with 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in customer success or operations with a similar tenure.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create formulas, use Pivot Tables, and apply advanced functions such as COUNTIF.
- A quick learner who adapts well to a fast-paced, energetic startup environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A data-driven mindset, capable of identifying problems, pinpointing opportunities, and assessing impacts.
- A positive, team-oriented individual who inspires and collaborates effectively with others.
