Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored NetSuite solutions that align with business
strategies and optimize workflows across various business functions.
- Lead the technical architecture and development efforts for NetSuite
projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other
systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather both functional and technical
requirements, analyze business processes, and provide strategic insights
into NetSuite functionalities.
- Oversee system integrations with other platforms and applications,
ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best
practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of
complex issues within NetSuite.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional
documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications,
and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite enhancements and industry
trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve system capabilities
and business processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role with a focus on
NetSuite architecture and implementation. (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on
both functional and technical NetSuite architecture and implementation.
(Required)
- Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP, including strong knowledge of
SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud development, SuiteAnalytics
Connect, and functional modules (such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, CRM).
(Required)
- Extensive experience with system integration techniques, data migration,
and API development. (Required)
- Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, inventory,
sales, and customer relationship management across multiple verticals,
such as Manufacturing and Retail/Distribution. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering
both technical and functional solutions to complex business challenges.
- NetSuite certification on SuiteFoundation and SuiteCloud Developer is a
must.
Other NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, Financial
User) are highly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability
to convey complex technical and functional concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
