Position: Oracle Fusion Consultant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle Fusion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations on the best use of Oracle Fusion applications

- Design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions that align with clients' business objectives

- Conduct system analysis and troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals

- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle Fusion applications

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and enhancements and provide recommendations for their implementation to clients

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets

- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle Fusion applications

- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion applications and provide guidance to junior team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture and modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Customer Experience

- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Fusion Financials, Fusion Procurement, and Fusion HCM

- Experience in Oracle Fusion customization and integration with other systems

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
