About the job Maintenance and Liaison Personnel
1. Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents;
1.a. Travel can be done by foot or public transportation. In the event that the employee prefer to use his private vehicle or motorcycle, the company is not liable for any damages or maintenance on the vehicle. Nonetheless, employee may reimburse justifiable gas expenses;
1.b Prepare a daily field itinerary or record to be submitted every cut-off. Employee shall be provided a transmittal/transaction logbook wherein employee shall record all his transactions, itinerary, and travel expense.
2. Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation; Record all documents or packages delivered or received; Scan all documents/receipts received and email to the concern department.
3. A strict commitment to deliver documents or packages without viewing or revealing any of the information is necessary;
4. Pick up and deliver items or packages; check item condition or completeness of documents or packages before receiving or delivering;
7. Advise supervisor on the status of the task or if the task could not be fulfilled;
8. Exhibit an excellent sense of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
9. Comply, adhere and conform to company policy.
10. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, such as: in the absence of admin staff or hr staff, ee shall print/scan documents, pay bills, and receive/send deliveries.
11. Shall maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the office at all times, such as but not limited to vacuuming, moping, dusting, wiping tables, replenishing pantry, emptying trash bin, and turning off appliances. Employee shall be provided a checklist of his tasks.
