NetSuite Implementation Consultant (Non-Profit Module)

We are looking for a skilled and mission-driven NetSuite Implementation Consultant with expertise in non-profit modules to join our ERP delivery team. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite for non-profit organizations, ensuring successful adoption of the platform to support fund accounting, grant management, budgeting, and donor reporting.

The ideal candidate has both technical proficiency in NetSuite and a deep understanding of the unique needs of non-profit finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations for non-profit clients, from discovery to go-live and post-launch support.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Fund Accounting, Grant Tracking, Budgeting, Donor Management, and Non-Profit Financial Reporting.
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with non-profit stakeholders, including finance, development, and operations teams.
• Translate client requirements into NetSuite configurations, custom fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and execute data migration plans, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and import of historical financial and donor data.
• Provide user training, system documentation, and go-live support tailored to non-profit staff.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards relevant to the sector (e.g., FASB, GAAP, IRS Form 990).
• Collaborate with cross-functional consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on NetSuite and non-profit best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
• Proven experience working with NetSuite Non-Profit SuiteSuccess or similar ERP configurations for non-profit organizations.
• Strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles, including fund restrictions, grant reporting, and donor tracking.
• Proficient in NetSuite configuration tools: saved searches, workflows, reports, forms, roles, permissions, and dashboards.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and user training.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator Certification.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Blackbaud).
• Prior work experience in or with non-profit organizations.
• Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteAnalytics.
