JOB PURPOSE

The HR Director is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing HR operations and business partnering

functions within a remote environment.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this strategic leader will shape and execute the companys HR strategies to support our rapidly growing community of professionals. The HR Director will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, driving organizational effectiveness, ensuring legal compliance, and providing leadership in change management initiatives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

HR Operations Management

  • Lead and manage all HR operations, including onboarding, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and relevant regulations across all HR processes and practices.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • In partnership with Finance, oversee the design and administration of employee payroll and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to drive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Partner with the CFO, CEO, and business leaders to design and implement initiatives fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover


Leadership Development, Culture Building and enhancement

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to deliver best-in-class HR services to the organization.
  • Promote Atticus Core Values, such as Proactive Communication, Customer Service Excellence, Finding Better Ways of Doing Things, and Continuous Learning, throughout the organization to support career growth and skill enhancement within the team.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the organization to ensure culture-building and enhancement.
  • Champion proactive communication and customer service excellence (the non-negotiable core values of the organization) through initiatives within the company, ensuring that these values are embedded in all HR practices and the overall company culture.


HR Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement long￾term HR strategies that align perfectly with the companys business goals and vision, ensuring the HR function is a key driver of the company's success.
  • Drive HR initiatives supporting the companys expansion plans, including employee branding and community building within specialized technology verticals in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition department.
  • Identify HR trends and best practices to ensure Atticus Solutions remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the BPO industry.


Company Compliance Management

  • Complies with all quality, information security, and company policies as stated in the Employee handbook.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a BPO or technology-focused environment.
  • Experience managing organizations with at least 500 employees in hybrid or remote work environments.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations and serving as an HR Business Partner in a remote or distributed workforce setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Knowledgeable in different operational tools such as Monday.com, HRIS
