We are seeking a client-focused and technically skilled NetSuite Managed Services Consultant to provide post-implementation support, optimization, and continuous improvement services to a portfolio of NetSuite clients. In this role, youll work with diverse organizations across various industriesincluding non-profits, SaaS, retail, and moreto ensure they get the most out of their NetSuite investment. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, advising on best practices, and serving as a trusted advisor on NetSuite capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary NetSuite expert for assigned clients, delivering ongoing support, system improvements, and troubleshooting services.
  • Manage client tickets, tasks, and enhancement requests through a structured managed services process (e.g., SLA-based).
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Projects, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Create and maintain saved searches, reports, workflows, dashboards, roles, and permissions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify optimization opportunities and proactively suggest enhancements based on best practices.
  • Provide light project management for managed services engagements, including client communication, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Conduct periodic NetSuite health checks and recommend system clean-up or upgrade strategies.
  • Assist with small-scale implementations or module add-ons as needed.
  • Support release management by evaluating the impact of new NetSuite features and assisting with testing and adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of NetSuite experience, including at least 12 years in a support, consulting, or managed services role.
  • Strong functional knowledge of core NetSuite modules (e.g., GL, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, Reporting, CRM).
  • Experience with user administration, workflow management, saved searches, and standard configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics.
  • Familiarity with managed services delivery models, SLAs, and customer success best practices.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, eCommerce, non-profit, manufacturing, or services.
