About the job Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a focus on social media, and lead generation activities. This role reports to the VP, Marketing, based in London.
How will you help:
Owning Lead Generation - Devising and executing multi-channel marketing
campaigns to generate new inbound leads; creating campaign assets (emails, creative visuals, landing pages, forms, drip campaigns, audience lists; working with Marketing Ops and Sales to manage and optimise the lead process; audience segmentation and analysis, data hygiene; reporting and analysis of campaign KPIs for ongoing optimisation
Organic Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn) - You will be working with the VP, Marketing to develop and execute Pexapark's organic social media strategy to build our follower base and drive engagement; working with key stakeholders across Marketing and the wider business to plan the social media schedule for corporate, marketing and content posts on LinkedIn to support our marketing strategy; creating visual assets and writing engaging social posts; tracking and reporting on KPIs; providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on how to support the social media strategy
Supporting Paid Advertising - Supporting our Digital Marketing Specialist who owns paid social media and search, to ensure alignment with our organic social media strategy
Podcast Marketing - Supporting with the set-up and promotion of our bi-weekly podcast, using Buzzsprout and our website
Qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B marketing
Proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce
Proficiency in marketing via LinkedIn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functionally with stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to enable data-driven decision-making, optimise campaign performance, and enhance overall marketing efficiency.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Prior exposure to the energy or renewables industry is advantageous
A basic knowledge of HTML, and experience with CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.) platforms would be helpful
A good sense of humour
