Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients. 
  • Research and analyze target markets to effectively reach out to new leads. 
  • Engage with prospects through various channels including email, social media, and phone calls. 
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion processes and tactics. 
  • Create and present reports on lead generation performance and metrics to stakeholders. 

Requirements/Skills Needed: 

  • 1 year in a Lead Generation role working within the American Markets 
  • B2B Outbound Sales Experience 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic. 
  • Previous experience in Volume outbound sales calls. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills. 
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
