Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients.
- Research and analyze target markets to effectively reach out to new leads.
- Engage with prospects through various channels including email, social media, and phone calls.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion processes and tactics.
- Create and present reports on lead generation performance and metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- 1 year in a Lead Generation role working within the American Markets
- B2B Outbound Sales Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in Volume outbound sales calls.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
