About the job FP&A Senior Analyst - (Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A))
You will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the business. Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.. The role will be accountable for ensuring that the monthly calendar of reporting and planning deliverables is provided for the key internal and external stakeholders. The role will be responsible for delivering improvements in the companys modelling, reporting, and analytical capabilities so that the business gets the support it needs over the next stage of its journey.
How will you help:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and dashboards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Help prepare internal and external reporting packages for leadership and investors.
- Maintain financial models to support planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to gather inputs and deliver insights.
- Support investor reporting and equity management processes.
- Assist with treasury tasks such as cash flow forecasting and FX tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting tools and processes.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects
- Work across the business with cross-functional teams and leaders to provide financial support and analysis across the different business functions.
- Assist with ad-hoc reports and analysis to support strategic planning as needed
What youll bring:

· A demonstrable track record of developing FP&A capabilities within a similar size and type of organisation.
· Relevant and appropriate Financial qualifications, MBA, ACMA, ACCA or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Finance.
· A capable manager who can adapt style and communicate across the business as required.
· Ideally experience of managing a team either directly as a line manager or through influence.
