Talent Acquisition Consultant in Recruitment is a sales support role so you must be self-motivated, innovative, and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results. The TA consultant to hire Bluecollar jobs in the Philippines and deploy the candidates to New Zealand and Australia.
Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the below expectations and may require you do additional work in relation to your role and to enable the successful operations of the company. This is not limited to the job description and may require you to do additional duties to meet business needs.
A. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT
1. Support and assist the Recruitment team with development and execution of recruitment plans.
2. Network through industry contacts, community, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
3. Coordinate and assist college/high school recruiting initiatives. (career advisors)
4. Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
5. Candidate Portfolio
1. Support and assist with the development and execution of Recruitment Plans
- Work with the Recruitment teams managing (clients/portfolio) on servicing recruitment expectations.
- Contact and build relationships with clients and candidates where required: scheduling interviews and assisting the Recruitment team during the recruitment process.
- Create job descriptions.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checking, background checking and managing candidates.
- Candidates care: Regularly follow up with placed, potential, and new candidates to secure job placements.
- Support and assist the Recruitment team in effectively filling open positions.
- Develop a talent pool of suitable candidates in advance of need to assist the Recruitment team with their portfolios.
- Build networks to find qualified suitable passive candidates.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Post advertisements of open job vacancies in online platforms, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
- Constantly stay updated with the market and industry standards by researching, networking and self-developing. This is to ensure your fully understand the job roles and the market to better forecast business.
- Utilize the internet for recruitment.
- o Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- o Improve the company website recruiting section to assist in recruiting.
- o Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment.
- o Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
2. Network Through Industry Contacts, Community, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees
- Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
- Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations where needed.
- Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
3. Coordinate and Implement College/High School Recruiting Initiatives
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
- Give presentations at colleges/ high school, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs and expos.
4. Administrative Duties and Record Keeping
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements for the Recruitment team.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in Bullhorn CRM system.
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
- Assist in interviewing and selecting employees.
- Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
- Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
- Adhere to all legal employment requirements and quality control and checks e.g. OSH.
- Maintain recruitment compliance as per the Alignz processes.
5. Candidate Portfolio

B. ADMINISTRATION
- Overlook and ensure full compliance standards i.e. ACC, MOJs, random file testing etc.
- Overlook and ensure full office stock control i.e. PPE supply etc.
- Complete and ensure full compliance with Payroll e.g Ird numbers, bank account details.
C. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Temporary Staff - Assist the Recruitment team to fill all job orders received daily / weekly 100% fulfilment Assist the Recruitment team with OSH Induction of candidates per week
D. WEEKLY EXPECTATIONS
- Reverse marketing 5 quality candidates to the Recruitment team suitable for their portfolios
- Weekly expectations will be tracked and measured through KPIs
- Participation in Client / Candidate Promotions
- Daily hook up with team to discuss days action plans
- Direct mail updates

- Client promoting activities
- Increase visibility on Social Media platforms to highlight and share success stories!
- Reporting Daily verbal reporting or as directed by your Branch Manager/Team Leader
- Weekly Key Performance report, Recruiting Activity report, Notes Activity report and Productivity Results.
