A busy appointment book and the time to genuinely care for your patients.

The practice is currently booked approximately six months ahead, so you will have strong patient demand from the beginning. However, you will still have the autonomy to set clinically appropriate appointment lengths, build meaningful patient relationships and deliver treatment you are proud of.

Your Clinical Scope

Your work will include:

• General examinations, diagnosis and ethical treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry, including crowns and bridges
• Simple extractions and routine general dental treatment
• Patient education and long-term oral health management
• Collaboration with Oral Health Therapists, Hygienists and the wider clinical team
• Building genuine relationships with an established patient base

Implants, complex surgical extractions and advanced surgical procedures can be referred externally.

This allows you to concentrate on quality general and restorative dentistry without feeling pressured to take on procedures outside your preferred scope.

Experienced Dentist—or Confident New Graduate?

Both will be considered.

An experienced dentist may be attracted to the clinical autonomy, strong patient demand and opportunity to move away from high-volume dentistry.

For a confident new graduate, this could be an exceptional opportunity to build experience with a ready patient base and a clearly defined clinical scope.

You will not be expected to manage complex surgery or implant cases. The practice is open to a new graduate who demonstrates sound judgement, strong communication, self-awareness and a genuine interest in developing their restorative skills.

You do not need to know everything—but you do need to recognise your clinical boundaries, communicate openly and care deeply about doing the right thing for your patients.
