Dental Assistant requirements

Dental Assistants must have:

• At least 12 months Dental Assisting experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Sound knowledge of Australian infection control requirements
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Confidence working in an unfamiliar practice environment

Experience in surgical dentistry, implants, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery or specialist practices is highly regarded.
