The company is an independent advisory practice specializing in solving problems related to financial oversight, business process improvements, and ERP systems like NetSuite. Their NetSuite advisors are unique as they come from a functional background in Finance and Accounting, understanding the impact of ERP systems on the workplace. The business aims to address operational and financial challenges to ensure systems effectively support and enhance business processes.

Role Summary

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries, providing high-level support and innovative solutions tailored to their business needs. Your responsibilities include assessing and optimizing business processes, overseeing ERP system configurations and migrations, delivering ongoing application support, and enhancing reporting capabilities. With a strong background in Finance or Accounting, you'll bridge the gap between financial operations and technology, ensuring seamless integration and improved performance.

What You'll Do:

• Consulting & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor and NetSuite consultant, delivering high-level support and innovative solutions to clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Software, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Financials.
• Business Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with clients to assess their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design tailored solutions that align with their operational and financial goals.
• ERP Configuration & Migration: Oversee ERP configurations, migrations, and integrations, ensuring seamless transitions that fully integrate into client operations.
• Application Support: Provide ongoing support for NetSuite applications, troubleshoot issues, and identify optimization opportunities to enhance system performance.
• Custom Solution Design: Work with custom records, workflows, and solution design to meet unique client needs.
• Reporting & Analytics: Play a key role in developing financial and operational reports, utilizing saved searches, dashboards, and advanced reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights.

What We're Looking For:

• A candidate with at least 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant.
• Proven experience with full-cycle NetSuite or similar ERP implementations.
• A strong background in Accounting or Finance, with the ability to bridge the gap between financial operations and technology solutions.
• Expertise in managing complex projects, with a particular focus on change management and business process optimization.
• Industry experience in verticals such as Manufacturing, Software, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Financials is highly desirable.
• Practical experience and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

100% remote position with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. The salary is based on the candidate's experience, including their track record with end-to-end NetSuite implementations and their expertise across different verticals.
