You prefer to support users and engage in ad-hoc enhancement tasks without getting overwhelmed by multiple accounts. This role allows you to focus on user support, ensuring that users receive the assistance they need. Additionally, you are comfortable working mid-shift, aligning with Germany time.
What You'll Do:
- Provide prompt responses to user inquiries and Level 1 support tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionalities.
- Collaborate with users to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
- Maintain documentation of support processes and resolutions.
- Assist in training users on best practices within NetSuite.
What to Bring:
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite support and implementation.
- Exposure to various modules, including Advanced Financials, Dunning Letters, Revenue Recognition, and Multi-Book.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Applicants must be based in the Philippines and comfortable working during European business hours.
