About the Job
Our client is seeking skilled SAP Consultants specializing in FICO, MM, or PP modules to join their Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidates will provide Level 1 support across various regions in Asia, ensuring system stability and addressing user queries. This role involves close collaboration with regional teams and coordination with global Level 2/3 support teams for escalations.
Location: Fully Remote (10% travel if required)
Duration: 1 Year (with potential for extension)
Working Hours: 7am to 4pm SGT

Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Deliver Level 1 support for SAP FICO, MM, and PP modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues within established SLAs.
- User Support: Assist end-users across multiple regions in resolving operational issues while maintaining high service quality and responsiveness.
- Escalation Coordination: Collaborate with the global Level 2/3 support teams for complex issue resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Configuration and Monitoring: Perform minor configurations and monitor system health to proactively identify and address potential disruptions.
- FI/CO: Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profit Center Accounting processes.
- MM: Address issues in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management.
- PP: Support processes related to Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct basic testing and validations after issue resolution to ensure functionality and alignment with business needs.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles, to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
- Regional Compliance: Collaborate with regional teams to address specific operational requirements and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FICO, MM, or PP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP integration points across modules.
- Experience in providing Level 1 support in AMS or managed services environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multi-regional teams.
