Role Overview:
The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. This role will be vital in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring smooth integration of new hires, and supporting the overall employee experience for our IT/Finance consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the recruitment process for IT/Finance consultants, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating with clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-prepared and integrated into the team.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Assist in creating employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Regularly check in with employees to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist with offboarding and exit interviews as necessary.
Administrative Support
- Help create and update HR policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees.
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or IT/Finance-related field.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
