NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Summary

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients improve and streamline their business operations through ERP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and support ERP implementation projects.

This role is ideal for CPAs and Industrial Engineers with strong business process knowledge and 4–5 years of professional experience. Prior ERP implementation experience is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided on NetSuite and Odoo platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
• Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions based on client requirements.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, and training materials.
• Facilitate end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system configurations and customizations align with business needs.
• Support multiple client projects while maintaining quality and meeting project timelines.
• Stay updated on ERP best practices and emerging business technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred) or Industrial Engineering.
• 4–5 years of professional work experience in accounting, finance, operations, process improvement, supply chain, business analysis, consulting, or related fields.
• ERP implementation experience is an advantage but not required.
• Experience with NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and document business processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Work Schedule and Location

• The position requires working during 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT business hours.
