Job Title: Tax Supervisor
Salary: $105K-$130K/ yr DOE
Location: Alpharetta, GA

About the Role:
The Tax Supervisor plays a key role in managing and reviewing tax engagements, ensuring high-quality service and compliance for a diverse client base. This position is ideal for a tax professional seeking leadership growth and opportunities to engage with complex tax matters, particularly within nonprofits and trusts & estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare nonprofit, individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to professional standards.
• Conduct tax research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Mentor and train junior staff, providing feedback and professional development support.
• Assist in client relationship management, including planning meetings and delivering proactive tax advice.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation preferred.
• Active CPA license highly preferred. 
• Minimum 4 years of progressive public accounting experience with a focus on taxation.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and reporting.
• Desirable: Experience in nonprofits, trust and estate taxation, including compliance, planning, and fiduciary matters.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
