The Senior Production Coordinator will be working closely with Production Managers, Supervisors, Leads and cross-functional teams, and plays a critical role in translating show strategy into actionable plans while mentoring junior production staff and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Production Managers and Supervisors to build and maintain detailed discipline schedules aligned with overall show milestones.
- Strategize with Leads to allocate resources effectively and ensure teams are fully utilized.
- Proactively monitor shot progress, flag risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain delivery targets.
- Lead internal rounds and dailies, prepare agendas, capture detailed notes, and ensure accurate documentation in tracking tools.
- Ensure client feedback is communicated clearly and efficiently; drive follow-ups to completion.
- Maintain accurate tracking of quota, inventory, bid days and actuals.
- Support delivery planning and coordinate with Editorial, Pipeline and
- Tech teams to resolve bottlenecks (e.g., software tickets, render priorities, sync queue issues).
- Oversee the preparation of sends and client submissions, ensuring completeness and quality control.
- Mentor and guide Production Assistants and Production Coordinators, ensuring best practices and consistency in processes.
- Act as a key communication bridge between creative, technical and production teams.
Requirements
4–7+ years of experience in VFX production coordination.
Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and multi-discipline workflows (CG, Comp, FX, etc.).
Proven ability to manage high shot counts and complex schedules.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in production tracking tools and reporting systems.
