The Admin must have good communication skills through the phone.
Good understanding of customer need.
Ability to have managerial skills like:
* Follow up the pickup and drop for the staff.
* Organize the schedule considering the road status and other bookings
* Maintaining a good relationship with the customer
* Follow up with the staff that have attended the cleaning service
* Handling the LPO (Gate pass)
* Follow up the pending payment
* Doing a quality check with the customer through the phone
* Build relationship between the company and the customer through the phone
* Ability to communicate with the staff and the customer through whatsApp, Email and Phone.
Previous experienced as Admin in Cleaning Company is advantage.
