Job Brief

Our esteemed client, a leading provider of Microsoft 365 and Azure Space solutions, is seeking a highly skilled M365 Consultant to join our team. As a Digital Workplace Consultant, you will guide clients through their digital transformation journey within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Identity, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation: Lead projects, guide clients, collaborate across teams
• Tenant to Tenant Migration: Strategy, execution, issue resolution, documentation
• Microsoft Identity Management: Sync identities, implement security and IAM solutions
• Technical Leadership: Mentor, promote best practices, stay current
• Client Engagement: Serve as trusted advisor, present technical solutions, manage relationships

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• M365 Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Microsoft Identity, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Migration: Experience in tenant to tenant migration, including Exchange Online mailbox migration and data integrity maintenance.
• Identity Management: Strong skills in configuring and managing Entra ID, SSO, and MFA solutions.
• IAM Solutions: Experience with end-to-end IAM solutions using Azure AD.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to create comprehensive migration documentation and training materials.

General Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of technical experience, preferably with at least 3 years on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Copilot: Understanding of Microsoft Copilot and its underlying technology.
• Security Suite: Familiarity with M365 E5 Security Suite.
