Job Brief

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Solutions Sales to lead the sales strategy for a leading FinTech provider across the Philippines and APAC region. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing a team, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technology sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth across the Philippines and APAC.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the companys FinTech solutions tailored to the regional market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful implementation of solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in FinTech, Technology, or SaaS solutions.
• Experience working with clients in financial institutions, BPO/shared services, and large corporations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing high-performing teams in the Philippines and APAC region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of the APAC market, particularly within the financial service,  FinTech and Technology sectors.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in FinTech and Technology.
