Job Brief

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join a leading FinTech and HR Tech provider in the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, offering support, and helping clients maximize the value of the company's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide timely support and resolve client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product implementation and usage.
• Proactively identify opportunities for client optimization and growth.
• Assist in training clients on platform features and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in FinTech, HR Tech or SaaS Solutions.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Nice to Have

• Experience with payroll solutions, employee benefits, or SaaS platforms.
