They are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Internal Audit Head to lead their internal audit function. This role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes across the conglomerates business units. Reporting to the Audit Committee and senior leadership, this role ensures compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and international best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an internal audit strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead and mentor the internal audit team, overseeing audits across business units.

• Identify risks, strengthen controls, and prioritize key operational improvements.

• Analyze financial records and policies to recommend enhancements.

• Present audit reports with findings, insights, and action plans to leadership.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and spearhead fraud prevention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance within a large corporate or conglomerate setting.

• Strong leadership and strategic management skills with experience in handling multi-business audits.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing abilities.
