Job Description

We are looking for hardworking Agricultural Workers to join our team for various roles in Germany. This position involves hands-on tasks supporting the cultivation, planting, and harvesting of crops. Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, and prepared to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions. Previous experience is helpful but not essential.

Seasonal Work

• March to August 2025 

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, grow, and harvest various crops, including vegetables, fruits, berries, and grains.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment as required.
• Assist with pest and weed management, applying treatments when necessary.
• Harvest crops by hand or with suitable equipment.
• Sort and pack crops based on quality standards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to keep farm facilities clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices in agricultural procedures.

Requirements

• Physical fitness with the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work in different weather conditions and a willingness to work on weekends when needed.
• Previous experience in agriculture or a similar field is an advantage.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
