The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our client's growth journey, working closely with a dynamic, diverse, and high-caliber Business Development team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, and future upselling opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with enterprise contacts to retain and grow existing revenue, and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing team to source contacts and align activities.
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, managing, and hitting sales targets.
- Provide needs-based solutions and high-quality responses to RFPs, from contextual understanding to research approach and pricing.
- Collaborate with strategists, technology engineers, and product managers to refine work processes and better serve clients.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven Enterprise Business Development experience in which they were directly responsible for new business, revenue growth, and building client relationships to create a strong internal pipeline.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 - 5+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or renewable energy sales environment.
- Driven and hungry for both individual and team success, with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with and presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.
- Pro-active and self-starting, able to think quickly on their feet and pivot when required.
- Passion for renewable energy and new technologies, understanding their impact on business growth.
- Collaborative, with a strong commitment to team-based sales processes and contributing to collective success.
