Team: 25+ (BS/MS from top-tier unis, all report to this role)

We are a national-level High-Tech Enterprise and market leader in high-precision mesh/printing screens for PV, semiconductor, and OLED sectors, founded in 1996, with 300+ employees and 20,000㎡ cleanroom facilities.

We are NOT looking for a solo technical expert. We need a product technology leader who builds teams, drives NPI, establishes processes, and institutionalizes knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end product lifecycle: concept NPI mass production
  • Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Production, Quality)
  • Build development processes, review gates, technical standards, knowledge databases
  • Mentor engineers and build talent pipeline
  • Drive root-cause analysis using DOE/FMEA/8D

Must-Have:

  • PhD or above in Materials, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Chemical, Precision Manufacturing, or related fields
  • 10+ yrs R&D/product dev/process, 5+ yrs managing technical teams (5+ direct reports)
  • Led 2+ complete NPI projects to mass production with business results
  • Built or deeply optimized dev processes, review mechanisms, or technical standards
  • Currently based in a developed country (US, Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, etc.) – Chinese passport holders welcome
  • Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written)

Preferred (not required):

  • PCB/SMT/semiconductor/display panel/precision manufacturing background
  • IPD/APQP/NPI framework experience
  • DOE, FMEA, SPC, 8D tools
  • Japanese or Taiwanese advanced manufacturing background
  • English or Japanese technical communication skills
  • Cross-cultural/overseas client project experience
  • R&D digitalization/knowledge database experience
  • P&L/cost awareness
  • Managed cross-functional teams (product/R&D/process)

Not for:

  • Individual contributors without team management
  • Lab researchers without full NPI cycle experience
  • Those who can't drive change in a growing private company

Year 1 Success: New dev process in place, review mechanism built, 2–3 new products to customer validation, technical standards established, 2–3 successors mentored.
