Job brief
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs.
Role:
Drives ATEK's revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for target customer segments.
Generate and manage leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
Oversee branding, marketing campaigns, and digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Decision Rights:
Approves marketing budgets and campaigns.
Sets sales targets and pricing strategies in alignment with the company's financial goals.
Selects and manages marketing and sales technology tools (e.g., CRM).

Sales Target Achievement: Percentage of sales targets met or exceeded.
Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated.
Website Traffic and Engagement: Metrics such as website visits, bounce rate, and time on page.
Customer Satisfaction: Measured through surveys, feedback, and retention rates.
