Experience:    Minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Education:   Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Languages:     Proficiency in both English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

• Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Lead projects related to system upgrades, software implementation, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Monitor IT performance metrics and create strategies for improvement.
• Manage the IT budget and optimize costs without compromising quality or performance.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proven track record of managing IT teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, security protocols, and systems management.
• Experience with data protection regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
