About the role

This role is pivotal in the Company in leading strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support overall business growth. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will oversee all aspects of marketing activities and collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and product messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns and effective use of marketing automation tools.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing, and continuously innovate and evolve marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
