Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in 3PL/4PL Warehousing, Transportation, and Supply Chain operations, with at least 10 years at a country management level.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; higher studies are an advantage.

Role Summary:

The Country Director provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the business in Pakistan. Collaborating with regional executives, the CD ensures operational efficiency, business growth, and alignment with company's financial targets and policies. The role also involves spearheading logistics solutions, driving strategic business objectives, and nurturing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with both short and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee market growth planning, business development, and operational establishment.
  • Lead the successful execution of strategic initiatives and logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on overall business goals.
  • Direct and enforce effective control policies across all operational areas.
  • Analyze technological trends and their impact on operations.
  • Oversee fiscal activities such as budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, staff development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiscal requirements.
  • Manage staffing and recruitment in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in logistics management, governance, and P&L management.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage change, influence others, and promote operational excellence.
