The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" with a deep understanding of the logistics industry, coupled with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the logistics industry, focusing on opportunities for expansion.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, leveraging existing networks and building initial engagements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders, including large clients, industry partners, and potential collaborators.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create a targeted sales strategy to penetrate the market and achieve revenue targets.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and forge valuable connections.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals to potential clients, highlighting service offerings and value propositions.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the operations and marketing teams to align service offerings with market demands.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and provide insights for strategic adjustments.
- Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- Pipeline Development: Actively expand the sales pipeline through research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships, leading to successful deal closures.
