About the role
This role is pivotal in the Company in driving client acquisition, fostering profitable growth, and enhancing brand awareness within the region. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying market potential, devising strategic development plans, and aligning the Company's capabilities with market opportunities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to engage key decision-makers, cultivate strong client relationships, and maintain a proactive approach to sales pipeline management.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of accounts post-sale.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Represent the Company at industry events and conferences as needed.
- Map decision-making processes and key stakeholders within target client organizations.
- Contribute insights to the growth strategy and overall business plan.
- Represent the Company at industry conferences and events as needed.
Core Competencies:
- Proven track record of working with enterprise software, particularly SAP, Oracle, and/or Microsoft.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and sales capabilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
- Demonstrated proficiency in relationship-building.
- Comprehensive understanding of the supply chain industry.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
