WE'RE HIRING: Senior Prior Authorization Specialist & Team Lead

Remote | Full-Time | US Eastern Hours

We're looking for an experienced Senior Prior Authorization Specialist & Team Lead to support behavioral and mental health practices with insurance verification and eligibility.

Responsibilities:
-Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
-Review copays, deductibles, coinsurance, session limits, telehealth coverage, and prior authorizations
-Accurately document benefits in the EHR
-Resolve eligibility discrepancies and flag potential issues
-Help train and support new verification specialists

Requirements:
-Experience in US medical insurance verification, billing, or revenue cycle
-Behavioral/mental health experience required
-Knowledge of insurance eligibility, payer portals, and prior authorization
-Experience with SimplePractice or TherapyNotes is a plus
-Strong English communication and attention to detail
-Ability to work US Eastern hours
