Job Overview:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants (VAs) to join our talent pool. As a VA, you will provide administrative and operational support to businesses and professionals across various industries. This role is ideal for highly organized individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments
- Handle data entry, file organization, and document management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Trello, or Asana
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
- Has remote-ready equipment and an internet connection of at least 30 mbps
