About the job Program Officer

The programme officer will be responsible for supporting the project lead in implementing, coordinating and ensuring quality and results by: 

  • Providing administrative and operational support on the coordination and implementation of the project; 
  • Ensuring day to day running of the project administrative and operational activities; 
  • Supporting in project related logistical services such as flight and hotel bookings, 
  • Maintain up to date files, records and documentation of project materials; 
  • Support in monitoring and tracking program budgets.
  • Assist in preparing budget reports and financial documentation related to program expenditures. 
  • Work closely with the designated staff to ensure the smooth organisation of all project and organisational activities such as meetings, workshops, conferences. 
  • Manage and maintain various project calendars and schedules 
  • Prepare correspondence, files, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software 
  • Proof-read, edit, translate (Thai English Thai) and draft reports, correspondence, website material, and other relevant documents and material as required 
  • Communicate information internally with Management and co-workers, and externally with affiliates and suppliers. 
  • Perform such other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Regional Office Manager.
