The role of Senior Sales Executive is to generate new leads to the company, support sales activities and reply to the customers as well as prospected clients. You should be goal-oriented, excellent communication skills and can interpret sales metrics are ideal candidate for this job. You will also contribute to build and retain good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities for Senior Sales Executive:
-Generate new leads for the company through various methods, such as attending networking events, cold calling, and on-site visits.
-Be an ATa Services 1 st representative to response to new clients enquiries on every channel ex. VDO meeting, telephone, face to face meeting. Elaborate a complicated enquiry or large size of sales volume to Head of Sales when appropriate.
-Handling urgent requests by phone, email, and messages to immediately respond to customer queries. Supporting all Sales documents activities in business.
-Entering order information into the company database. Answering client questions regarding their accounts. Coordinating and building relationships with customers.
-Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
-Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, outsourcing, and department to optimize sales. Analyze pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure a good level of Customers Satisfaction & and customer experience.
-Handling the Sales activities and monitoring the results through sales tracking tools and report progress to Head of Sales.
-Collaborate with related departments in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
-Develop and monitor performance indicators both new sales, and services delivery on process.
-Maintain the record of sales trends and handle sales tracking tools and report on vital information. Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
Qualifications for Senior Sales Executive:
-Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
-At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales Executive in the professional services industry such as Company registration services, Visa-Work permit services, Account and Payroll services.
-Results-oriented with a strong sales hunting mindset.
-Fluent English communication with pleasant personality.
-Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
-Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis or Having experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
-Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
