About the job Corporate Lawyer
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding the process, requirements, and legal implications of company registration. Assess the client's specific needs and objectives to determine the appropriate legal structure for the company.
- Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary legal documents and forms required for company registration, such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other incorporation documents. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure that the company registration process complies with the applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Stay up to date with the latest legal requirements and inform clients of any changes or updates that may affect their registration.
- Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations.
- Acting as the companys attorney in the court.
- Liaise with related government agency.
Key Requirements
- Holding at least a Bachelors Degree of Law.
- 3 to 5 years experience in law firm/legal consulting firm.
- Some experience in litigation required.
- Experiences in all company registration, LTD, BOI, FBL, Rep office would be a plus
- Lawyer License required
- Good personality and negotiation skill.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-mails)
- Good English communication, other languages would be an advantage.
