Legal Consultant / Senior Lawyer

Key Responsibilities

· Provide legal advice and consult on business related law such as corporate law, civil law, labor law, taxation law and criminal law to client and management.

· Prepare and litigate cases in the court for civil, criminal, and labor dispute.

· Draft, prepare and review all agreements, contracts, letters, and other necessary documents in both Thai and English.

· Handle all business-related corporate legal processes such as company set up/modification, VAT, FBL, BOI, and licenses.

· Prepare documents for Work Permit and Visa of foreigner.

· Represent the company and the clients in court and government office.

· Translate legal documents from English to Thai or Thai to English.

· Liaise with related government agency.

· Assisting in any tasks as assigned.

Key requirements

· Holding at least a Bachelors Degree in Law.

· Lawyer License preferred.

· Holding Barrister at Law will be advantage.

· A team player with excellent communication and presentation.

· Be able to work independence and under pressure.

· MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-mails).
