Job description
- Be responsible for the overall operations to ensure targeted results are achieved.
- Handle recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, coaching, and training employees.
- Set team goals and monitor employee production and satisfaction.
- Manage manpower and control all staff under operations to comply with work regulations and company procedures as well as good practice.
- Provide report to management team on regular basis.
- Collaborate and communicate with Head Office in Guernsey.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing people in an office environment.
- Strong attention to details, management and organizational skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good in computer skills, proficient in worksheet and report.
